Living room
Patio doors invite you on to one of the two large terraces that create an inviting and light space within which to relax. The terrace has a dining table, seating 6, for that al-fresco experience. Views over the garden and pool make this a lovely vista, what ever the time of day. There is a flat screen T.V. with 150 channels, including Sky, plus cd/dvd player for your enjoyment. The handmade sofa doubles as a pull down, sprung, sofa bed and there is also an additional dining table and chairs for when you want to escape the sun.
The high quality finish is continued throughout the apartment, with all the furniture being handmade, and remote controlled air-conditioning units of which there are one in each of the bedrooms and two in the living room.
Terracotta floor tiles in every room make for a cool relaxing atmosphere.
Kitchen
A fully equipped, bright, modern, separate kitchen comes complete with a hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. All complimented by granite worktops.
Master Bedroom
A spacious L-shaped room, benefiting from a modern en suite bathroom (bath) and patio doors leading out on to the second terrace. It includes four built-in wardrobes and a queen sized bed.
Second Bedroom
A large and well proportioned room, with twin beds and 3 built in wardrobes.
Bathroom
Incliudes a high pressure shower with stone base. Toilet, sunken basin and bidet.
Outside area
Vila Alvas is peacefully and privately located with its own landscaped gardens and swimming pool. The pool also has an integrated "children’s pool". It has lush gardens to the front with sub tropical shrubs and palm trees.
Sun loungers are provided for our guests.
Notes on accommodation
Maid service is provided twice weekly. Linen and towels are provided but this does not include beach towels. Cot available.
Secure underground car parking is available for off road parking.
Vila Alvas is a non-smoking apartment.
